Since 2011, the NTA Group has evolved from a regional systems house into a leading platform for integrated security and communications technologies. Reorganization
The re-establishment of NTA Systemhaus GmbH & Co. KG laid the foundation for today's NTA Group. From the very beginning, the focus was on integrated solutions in the areas of communications and security.
Founding of NTA Finance
To support the growing corporate structure, NTA Finance GmbH was founded. It consolidates financial and administrative functions within the group.
Expansion through acquisitions
With the acquisition of NTA Rhein-Neckar and NTA Saar, the group significantly expanded its regional presence, laying the foundation for creating a comprehensive network of locations in southwest Germany.
Entry of Adiuva Capital
With Adiuva Capital, the group gained a strong growth partner. This investment opened up new opportunities for strategic development and further expansion.
Acquisition of Hieronymus Security System House
The integration of Hieronymus Sicherheits-Systemhaus GmbH & Co. KG strengthened the company's expertise in security technology. At the same time, the company's regional presence in the Rhine-Main area and the Palatinate region was expanded.
Integration MTG Communications Technology
With MTG, a long-established company specializing in security, communications, and network technology joined the group, expanding not only the service portfolio but also the geographical coverage with locations in Munich and Leipzig.
